No. 16 Instructions

Lying on your back with a towel around the sole of your foot. With the towel raise your leg towards your chest while exhaling. Feel the stretch in your hamstrings. Hold and repeat as instructed by your therapist.

You should NOT attempt any other exercises than those your therapist has prescribed.

If you have difficulty with any exercise, contact your therapist immediately.
